COULD YOU
Host a Church Mental Health Day
Conversations about mental health are happening everywhere, including in our churches. People want to know how their faith connects to emotional wellbeing, and how they can effectively support those who are struggling.
Our Church Mental Health Days offer practical, faith-based training that equips your church community to understand mental health, reduce stigma, and offer appropriate support.

Equip Your Church. Serve Your Community.
Churches are increasingly supporting people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, crisis situations, and complex emotional needs, yet many leaders and volunteers feel underprepared.
Encourage Mental Health partners with churches to host practical, faith-informed mental health training days that equip church teams while also serving the wider Christian community.
This is a simple partnership model: your church hosts the event, and we provide the training, booking systems, speakers, and resources.
What Is a Church Mental Health Day?

A one-day workshop designed to help churches:
Grow in confidence around mental health
Support people more safely and compassionately
Reduce stigma within church culture
Understand boundaries and healthy support
Create mentally healthier church communities
Training is practical, compassionate, biblically grounded, and accessible for leaders, volunteers, pastoral teams, youth workers, and anyone involved in caring for people.
